Let’s chat about the security setup here at Gittens Avenue-it’s come a long way! Can you believe that 30 years ago, our main entry point was just a couple of posts with a chain strung between them? That’s right! It was a resident-led effort to tackle the car thefts happening in the area. Since then, we’ve seen several upgrades, mostly thanks to the ongoing efforts and ideas from our wonderful residents.

Today, we’re proud to have a sleek, motorized gate that opens with remote access, issued to residents as needed. While it’s a big improvement, it’s important to remember that security remains a collective responsibility. All matters regarding security are managed through L.E. Gittens Flats Limited, so if you have any questions or suggestions, don’t hesitate to swing by the manager’s office at 26 Gittens Avenue.
